Our Services

At the Sanctuary Collective we work collaboratively with you to heal, restore and bring wholeness to individuals, couples and families in Colorado Springs.

We offer in-person and virtual sessions to those who reside in Colorado.  Our rates are $125 per therapeutic hour (50 mins) and $110 for enlisted service members and full-time college students. The initial intake session is $175 and may last up to 90 minutes. Extended/couples/parenting sessions are $185 for 80 mins.

We do not accept or work with insurance companies. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Medicaid clients for private pay.

Ready to take the next step?

If you know that you'd like to make changes, and are unsure where to start, please call or email one of the therapists to schedule a FREE 15-minute consultation or an appointment- it’s a wonderful opportunity to connect, ask questions, and figure out if we are a good fit.

Once you’ve scheduled an official first session with a therapist at The Sanctuary Collective, we will send you a link to our online client portal where you will complete all the required intake paperwork prior to your first appointment.

We do not staff on site receptionists and your provider may be with another client when you arrive at our offices.   Please feel free to settle in the waiting room and relax; we will come and greet you as soon as we are able! For those arriving after hours (5:00 pm Monday - Friday, or weekends), please text your therapist upon arrival and they will meet you at the entrance doors at your scheduled appointment time.

For virtual services, your therapist will get you set up on our secure virtual platform. You can use your phone or computer for your call, and your therapist will help talk you through some tips for getting the most out of your online therapy services!

No Surprises Act

UNDER THE NO SURPRISES ACT UNDER THE LAW, HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS NEED TO GIVE PATIENTS WHO DON’T HAVE INSURANCE OR WHO ARE NOT USING INSURANCE AN ESTIMATE OF THE BILL FOR MEDICAL ITEMS AND SERVICES.

As a client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your therapist gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing prior to or at the time of your appointment. You can also ask your therapist, and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or email us at info@sanctuarycollectiveco.com.

Thanks for choosing The Sanctuary Collective for your healing journey.
